Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This florist was extremely easy to work with—they designed an arrangement just for our Aunt who a Birthday and is alone. I would highly recommend this florist!!

Creative Floral Designs did a great job with the floral arrangement we ordered. Not only was it beautifully made, they were also very accommodating with the handling of the card we needed to go with the arrangement. The card was dropped off at the Fullerton location, hand picked by them, and delivered with the flowers from the San Gabriel location. Highly recommend them.

I ordered the "Designer's Choice" arrangement. I didn't expect to know what it looked like but was sent a photo of it and it was beautiful!!! It was very thoughtful of them to do that. It was sent to a patient who had just lost her husband. She called our office the same day to thank us and said it was the most beautiful arrangement she'd seen. Thank you Creative Floral Designs!
